This girl is such a sweetheart and has beautiful manners. She was wary of bodywork at first but you can tell from this video that changed quickly. Today was the second time I worked on her. She is a big fan of telling me when she is ready to get back to the bodywork after a break. I think it is her way of feeling in control of the process. You can see her invite me back towards the end of this video.
She is in great shape so my goal with her is to help balance how hard she works with deep relaxation when she is not working. She tends to be tight through her shoulders so scapular releases and working with her front end from the feet up is really important for her.
