I’ve been working for a while to add rehab groundwork and strength-building movement to my toolkit. I am excited that this cold weather has allowed me to take a deep dive with @marijke_dejong’s Straightness Training. This skillset combined with my knowledge of trainers @jkinspiredllc, @jecaristotleballou and @travelinghorsewitch gives me the ability to ask horses for gentle and restorative movement to keep the benefits from bodywork going as they move and train.
